Description

This course builds on the fundamentals of organizational behaviour to examine three core topics: motivation, teams, and power, as well as underlying processes. Systematic study of these topics draws on perspectives from psychology, sociology, anthropology, and political science. Students explore intersections among topics through ethical, global, analytical, and action-oriented lenses. A range of instructional methods are used, including lecture, exercises, film, and case analysis.
