Description
This theory- and research-based course relates to developing skills needed for effective management of people, resources and processes in an international context. Students focus on management functions and behaviours necessary to develop global vision and management skills at both a strategic (macro) level and an interpersonal (micro) level. This course is particularly useful for students interested in learning about the impact of culture on international management, negotiations and strategy.
Requisite courses
