Description
In this workshop students learn and practice informal models of third party participation in conflict resolution. Under the supervision of an experienced practitioner, students learn how to coach and prepare disputants effectively, and how to facilitate informal conflict resolution intervention. This workshop is integrated with and must be taken concurrently with CRS-2210(3) Conflict Theory and Analysis.
Requisite courses
CRS-1200 or permission of the instructor [prerequisite(s)]; CRS-2210 (must be taken concurrently).
Note
Students may not hold credit in both this course and the former CRS-2211(1.5) Conciliation Skills Workshop.
