Description
This hands-on workshop offers students the opportunity to learn and practice third-party mediation in conflict resolution. Through interaction in small groups and various mediation simulations, students learn a model of mediation to deal with interpersonal conflicts, and skills to facilitate a mediation session whose aim is a constructive resolution between two people in conflict. This workshop is closely integrated with and must to taken concurrently with CRS-3220(3)
Requisite courses
CRS-1200 or permission of the instructor [prerequisite(s)]; CRS-3220 (must be taken concurrently).
