Description
This course examines the ultrastructure of cells and sub-cellular organelles. The study includes the interrelationship of structure and function, cellular biochemistry, bioenergetics, and cellular differentiation.
Requisite courses
BIOL-1115, BIOL-1116, CHEM-1111 and CHEM-1112 [prerequisite(s)]; BIOL-3221L (lab) (must be taken concurrently).

Students are advised not to attempt this course unless they have obtained a grade of at least C in CHEM-2202(3) and CHEM-2203(3).
