Description

This course focuses on advancing basic music skills (rhythm and ear training, sight singing, and score reading), as well as more advanced approaches to the development of healthy vocal technique through voice-building exercises, rehearsal skills, audition technique, repertoire selection, and the integration of character development in the performance of selections from the Music Theatre repertoire.

THFM-2922 or permission of the instructor [prerequisite(s)].

Students may not hold credit for this course and THFM-3002 SpSt Advanced Singing.
