Description

This course builds on the rudiments of music and the fundamental techniques of solo and choral singing, and song interpretation for application to Musical Theatre.

Requisite courses

THFM-1001 or THFM-1002 or THFM-1003 or permission of Department Chair [prerequisite(s)].

Note

The course is designed for students with some basic musical knowledge (for example, high school or church choral or band experience) who are planning to take THFM-3920(6) Musical Theatre. It may be taken by general interest students with the permission of the Chair of the Department of Theatre and Film.
