Description

The course introduces students to theories, concepts, and issues associated with the effects of physical activity on adult development and aging. Course content includes how systems age, exercise prescription and physical activity program design and delivery for older populations. Students are required to participate in an 8 hour community practicum experience related to aging and physical activity.
