Description
The course explores the nature of inner conflict, based on knowledge and skills developed through the study of interpersonal, inter-group, and other levels of conflict. Inner conflict is viewed not as a problem or failure but as a normal and natural aspect of human experience. Inner peace is defined as a state of balance or equilibrium between the present and the emergent self. Inner conflict transformation is seen to be an ongoing process of growth and change.
