Description
This course identifies the principles of restorative justice and explore the application of these principles in various contexts. This will include a critical assessment of various forms of victim offender mediation, as well as the application of restorative principles at various levels within the criminal justice system, as they affect victims, offenders, and the community. Alternative models of justice as a whole will also be considered.
