Description
With the dawn of the Fourth Industrial Revolution over the last decade, technological innovations have become a significant source of hope for the design and operation of more socially, ecologically, and economically sustainable systems. This case-based course assists students to develop analytical skills necessary to design and manage organizations that compete through technological innovations. Through in-depth class discussions, students draw upon theoretical concepts introduced in this course to critically analyze the emergent issues at the intersection of innovation, technology, and operations management.
