Description

This course explores several models for the generation and development of original material for performance. Students are expected to engage in various methods of individual and collaborative play-making research and to explore various processes and forms in the construction of original performance work. Students are responsible for producing substantial amounts of theoretical and practical research outside of scheduled class times. The course culminates in the construction of public performance pieces and additional rehearsals will be scheduled outside of class time.
