Description
Close stable relationships are fundamental to individual human development and functioning as well as to social cohesion. This course examines the special theoretical and methodological requirements for studying the formation and enactment of close relationships, paying attention to such examples as infant-caregiver interaction, family relations, friendship, love and commitment, conflict and cooperation, and mentor-protégée relationships.
