Description
In this course, students study the essentials of emergency care and develop the skills required to effectively respond to a medical emergency, particularly as it relates to the sport environment. Topics include field evaluation of traumatic injuries, primary and secondary survey, airway management, and neurological, internal and orthopaedic injuries.
