Survey History of Latin America

Description

This lecture course is an overview of the history of Central and South America. The course will study the Indigenous experience before European expansion into the region, then examine the effect of colonization on the cultural, political, and social structures of the region. The course concludes with an examination of the modern, post-colonial period.
