Description

The following are just some of the topics developed: the Columbia River Treaty, the Churchill Diversion, is Canada's water for sale? In predicting future Canadian needs for water, the relative merits of direct and indirect methods of forecasting are assessed. Analytical techniques such as economic base, input-output, and cost-benefit are fully developed.
