Description
This course provides a systematic overview of GIS methodology and theory covering the essential principles of data acquisition, input, storage, manipulation, and output. The laboratory component of this course provides hands-on experience using industry standard software.
Requisite courses
GEOG-2304 or permission of the instructor [prerequisite(s)]; GEOG-2306L (lab) (must be taken concurrently).
