Description
This course presents an overview of the theories and practices regarding the development and maintenance of positive school climate and how positive climate can support the inclusive teaching and learning process. The impact of principal and teacher leadership on the collaborative and creative process within the school is examined. In addition, the concept of creativity, as it applies to inclusive teaching and learning in the K-12 Canadian classroom, is explored with an introductory focus on educators' beliefs and knowledge that foster creativity in the classroom.
